"So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason "

"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase. "The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States. "

"Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...
