"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We loved the room, a junior suite, the breakfast was amazing, and we ate both lunch and dinner which were terrific. The bar was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional, and always available to help. The concierge Walter got us tickets to La Scala for a performance that was officially listed as sold out. "
