"My check-in experience was fantastic! I was greeted by Jérémie, a wonderful fellow who escorted me to my room and gave me a tour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillow ensured I got my full eight hours of sleep. I also enjoyed a delightful breakfast. The friendly lady at the reception allowed me some extra time so I could take a swim before heading back to London. I’ll definitely be back this summer!"

"We returned to Urban Hive for a second time in January 2026 (previously 2023). UH has mantained its high standards in terms of cleanliness and service. The rooms have some quirky decorations which makes UH a fun experience. The breakfast is outstanding with a great selection, excellent coffee and service. UH is well located within easy walking distance of the main central Milan attractions. UH is also right next to the the Moscova metro station so getting further afield is easy. I would recommend and return (again) to Urban Hive."

Great breakfast with vegan and vegetarian hot and cold options which were tasty and of very good quality. Staff here were particularly friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom well fitted and comfy. All staff were welcoming. Able to leave our bags securely before and after check-in/out. Very good hotel for all aspects, would be more than happy to stay again."
