All our requests were handled efficiently and we didn’t even get charged extra for our last minute early check in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. "I have stayed a few times. I really wanted to say better things about this trip…let me start with the good things. The staff are amazing. The food was amazing. The proximity to the metro, to the city center, incredible. However, this trip was not so great. I had a horrible time sleeping. The bed felt rounded so I kept falling in the middle of the two twin beds (to make a king). The room wouldn’t cool even though I had my ac on full blast. I called down to get them to turn my room temp down but it didn’t work. So I opened my windows every night. Then at 6am would hear "
