The rooms were clean, very well located. Staff is friendly. The address mentioned is that of the main office not the actual apartment which is only a 6 minutes walk. Nonetheless, the apartment has a very good location.

The property management communicated information through WhatsApp which was very convenient. Other means of communication like email etc. don't work. They were also very prompt in their response. We needed some flexibility with storage of our luggage during checkin and they were very accommodative. This made our planning much easier. Room is clean and convenient right next to grocery stores. Access to pubic transportation required about a 10 min walk. This is ok most times except when you have luggage.

Room was nice. As described. Beautiful outdoor space, could use a little more comfy chairs to sit out there. Room was small but good. Twin beds have a shelf above them, not the best of using the beds, but good storage. Communication was great and they gave great instructions on how to find the apartment. Very helpful video to follow along to get to the door.. Only suggestion is to continue the video to show actual opening of the door. Door was tricky and the key (1 of 2 on keychain) had to be turned just right. Only suggestion is to continue video through that process to help when you arrive late and tired.

Great location and wonderful host. Please note though it is 10-12 mins walking distance from duomo ( not 2mins), but it may be a good thing since it brings the right amount of safety and sanity . It’s still very much in the middle of the shopping district and the action . Enjoyed our stay in clean apartment.

Good location. Excellent communication with property manager. However, there were multiple misses. First, walls are extremely thin. We could hear the neighbors next door all night. Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it.

Room was big enough and comfortable. I took us some time to find the place. Bed, sheets, pillows were very comfortable. You cannot get a better, closer location to the Piazza Duomo! We were close to everything we wanted to see in the center of Milan! Customer service was very responsive and helpful. The bathroom was little cold, we could not get the heater going. Overall great!

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. It was 5-10 minutes from Duomo and so much shopping. We were immersed here. A Santa Lucia right across the street was our favorite restaurant we tried in Milan. Only complaint was the shower could be slightly larger and the hot water last longer to relax after a long day.

The room was very nice and clean. The building could be very noisy late at night (but that isn’t the fault of MR). The Duomo and subway are less than 5 min, also grocery store, restaurants are very close. I was very nervous about the checkin process because my Orange SIM card for travel does not seem to support WhatsApp, but we got the instructions while we still had wifi at our last accommodation,
