The staff was very attentive and helpful. Turn down service from housekeeping was amazing. There was a lot to do around the area and great places to eat that was in walking distance. Only bad thing is finding parking at the hotel with the exception of finding a decent priced parking garage with a reasonable price (ie 90 Euro for 3 days).

Hotel is fantastic with exceptional service. However, the area surrounding is plastered with graffiti. Most of the city outside of Duomo is covered with graffiti. Very disappointed when we arrived as to the extent of it.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The amenities are great, the room was immaculate and the shared spaces were great. The breakfast had a huge variety and location was great for exploring Milan!
