"Do not laundry with this hotel My business attires sent for dry cleaning came back shrunk by more than 1 size, despite instruction for Dry Cleaning and asking the housekeeper if it is safe to dry clean. Hotel management says they try to help but no compensation has been offered. Worst check in experience with Front Office staff Valentina, and this has been my 10th time staying at hotel. Valerio who later took care of my check in was very attentive, professional and helpful, special mention that there are good staff too. "

"Stay away from this place. Apartment has mold everywhere, on living room walls near sofa, bedroom walls, various areas in bathroom, and all around ac condenser that is inside apartment near the sofa. Shortly after checking in we discover the mold issues and called them immediately. They offered to spay the areas with some solution and thought that would resolve the mold forever. I explained to them that mold issues don’t work like that. It is more than a one time spray solution! As most of us know it’s a very serious issue especially when traveling with an elderly mother with a lung condition and two children allergic to mold with asthma. I asked if we can move to another apartment and they said no everything is booked out. They sprayed something that smelled very toxic and made the apartment smell very bad. Had to search for hours for another hotel that had availability. Finally, we found one. I ended up checking out a few hrs after checking in. I had no choice. This place is health hazard. It is falsely advertised. They refused to refund me my money back. I’m upset with with hotel.com as well because they are advertising for them, I trusted them and they too not helping in getting a refund or working with me to resolve this issue!!"

"Amazing location, everything was walkable and transport 2 mins away. Our room (large studio) had a small balcony (no view) it was very spacious with a small kitchenette - really just adequate to reheat food though. There is a small supermarket around the corner. Check-in was super easy and communication was wonderful. Currently there is construction accross the road which was noisy, however when we closed the double glazed windows and door it was silent inside. The breakfast was very average - thankfully it was included so not a problem for us. Our only issue, which was a big issue, was the heat in the room. We were in room 21 which faced west receiving all the afternoon sun so it was a hot box when we returned from our days out. Although there is air con in the room, apparently the law in Milan is that it can’t be used until mid April! The room remained hot all night as there was no breeze. The staff delivered a fan to our room which helped a little - we appreciated them trying to solve the problem. "

"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "

"My stay was wonderful . It’s not the most modern but it was clean and that’s all that matters . Staff very friendly and helpful. I have mention our house keepers Lucia and Nimfah, they did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Breakfast was great with wide variety to choose from and included with our booking . What I love most about this hotel is the location . It’s located right in the central area in Milan walking distance to everything . The Milan cathedral located right around the corner from hotel not even five minutes walk. Various restaurants , night club , shopping mall and a lot of stores to shop. I would definitely stay here again ."

"The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They walked us to our room instead of just handing us a key. They were happy to answer any questions we had and offered recommendations to help enhance our experience while visiting Milan. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The chef took our order and made it right then. The quality and quantity of food exceeded expectations. I felt well taken care of here. "
