"We did not end up staying at this hotel. The signage for parking was not lit, so it was hard to see where to go. There was NO hotel staff at the drop off place, cuz we kept getting out of the car to ask for directions, but there was no one to help. After driving around the complex 6 times, we gave up and drove across town to the Fremont Hotel where parking is clear (and free). Horrible signage! It was a joke trying to get in there. "

"Our room was very clean. We had a suite. Unexpectedly, the suite was large. We had a sleeping area ( bed, night stands, closet), then there was a step down living room/sitting area. Quite nice. The drawer space was a little awkward (one small drawer in the bedroom area, the 3 normal size drawers in the cabinet in the living area. We made due, but it was a little weird. We liked having a separate toilet room (with door). "

"The staff were upbeat and very nice in all of our contacts. Our room was clean and well appointed. It could use some upgrades and the couch was a little worn. There is a 80s-90s feel about it. There is a lot of upgrading taking place throughout the resort and it will soon have a refreshed feel. We would certainly stay here again."

"Beautiful property. Nice sized tub. Nice to have Washer and dryer in unit. Loved full sized kitchen. Balcony was nice. Better than staying in hotel if you don’t care for casino. Felt like home away from home. I stayed in 2nd floor. No elevator so if you have heavy luggages I don’t recommend second floor. No bell man at 7am. I had 2 large luggages both 50 pounds I couldn’t get help in the morning. That was only negative. Other than not have help in the morning with my luggages I enjoyed staying. "
