"Was pleasantly surprise at the cleanliness of Our room, the kitchen, having a complete kitchen made or trip complete. The staff was very nice and can’t stop talking about how perfect the location centrally located and again our room with everything we needed. Let’s not forget the price!!!! It can not be beat! There are many locations throughout the country and will always look first to stay with them."

"Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface in the room other than making the bed and cleaning the bathroom."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at before; had it been a lower price range, I would adjust my expectations accordingly. The interior spaces (lobby, rooms, bar) are beautifully designed. However, most of the interactions I had with the staff were questionable at best. The pool was closed “for cleaning” for most of the day on a Saturday but then I was told by the same staff member that it was closed for a “private event”. The pool was the main reason I selected this property, so that we’d be able to easily access it with our spa visit. Instead they sent us to the pool on the completely other side of the property, which looked like a sad motel pool, bathroom was filthy. There’s no QR code/menu/phone number listed anywhere at the sad motel pool to be able to place a food order, so you just have to navigate it from the hotel website with the restaurant menu; you have to call the front desk to get connected to in room dining). It seemed like the person taking my order had no idea where this pool was located & asked me where it was. By the time we had lugged all of our bags to the second flr, we come to find the room keys were never activated. The stay seemed to be looking up when we got some great cocktails from the main bar in the lobby, but then come to find out when the pool finally reopened from the“cleaning/private party”, it took 45 min to get our drinks from the pool bar and they were incorrect. It was clear our server completely forgot to place the order"
