"I'm a choice member and I've never had any issues with the cleanliness of any of the properties I've stayed at until I stayed at this one! It was so dirty that it didn't even feel like I was staying at a choice hotel! The glass doors at the entry way were so dirty that I couldn't see the clerk at the front desk clearly. All the carpet throughout the building looked black instead of blue. The walls and buttons inside the elevator looked like they have never been cleaned , the sofa ín my suite had white stains all over it , the caulking around the bathtub had black mold on it , and the room had the odor of dirty gym clothes. They didn't have enough food to cover breakfast for all their customers , there was dry dog food on the floor in my room , The parking in the back of the hotel was dark , my wife and daughter didn't feel safe on the property. And for the price they charged for one night there I would have paid for 2 nights at any other Choice location! I'll never stay at that location again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either! That place gives Choice Hotels a bad name! "

"During our stay, we found that the room did not have a cooler or coffee maker and the nearby ice machine was broken, with a sign indicating that the lobby machine should be used instead. Unfortunately, the elevator was also out of service. We received a notification about the water shutdown shortly after checking in. Moreover, a spider was spotted on the bathroom floor, which could have been hazardous if not for the lighting. The bed and pillows provided were overly fluffy, and the noise upstairs was considerable. On the positive side, the building and lobby had a pleasing appearance, and the front desk staff were courteous."

"The room itself was fine and the pool area was enjoyable, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. We were told the restaurant would have a 20-minute wait for breakfast, but it took nearly an hour just to be seated. After that, service was so slow we had to leave without eating so we could return to our room before the 11:00 a.m. checkout. We also requested a noon checkout but were not accommodated. Service throughout the property felt consistently unhelpful and unpleasant, which made the stay far from welcoming. Unfortunately, the highlight of the visit was when the valet brought our car so we could leave. "

"The hotel, property, and surrounding area were truly wonderful. Everything was clean, well‑kept, and inviting, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a beautiful place to relax, and the overall atmosphere made the trip very enjoyable. My only real disappointment was the bar being closed except during Happy Hour. I was told this was due to staffing issues, but it still impacted my experience. When I choose a hotel, two things matter most to me: location and whether it has a bar. After a long day, I really look forward to unwinding with a cocktail on‑site, so having the bar unavailable for most of the day was a letdown. Overall, it’s a great property with excellent staff, but the limited bar hours kept it from being the perfect stay. "
