"We enjoyed the premium level, the staff was great. Laura our housekeeper was great and very helpful. When we arrive the entrance was closed but, it was removed after. One recommendation will be to please inform guest about know match or street closures. It will help us plan. Thank you all for your work and help during our stay. "

"At first they put me in a room where I could hear all my neighbors, so I asked to be moved and they placed me in another wing that was much more quiet. The internet was soso, and the room was small, but clean, and had everything I needed. There is no coffee maker or fridge in the room, so I had to improvise, but overall it was fine. Overall I don’t believe the hotel deserves more than 3 stars, but it’s very well located and has lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes around. Close to the Angel of Freedom, from where tour buses go everywhere. "
