"We loved the location (we don’t mind a noisy neighborhood) and overall cleanliness. While this is in Zona Rosa, it is a few block east walk to Roma. We got the best of both. Amenities were great for the price, but coffee is Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, great. If not, there is no shortage of superior and often local coffee shops nearby. So much good food, Korean and Mexican, all over! The only issue was a faulty door to the balcony. This wasn’t a big deal and didn’t feel like a reflection on hotel maintenance. We just randomly got a room with a door that couldn’t be fixed right away. It wasn’t a security concern, so there you go."

"Our experience at this hotel was terrible. Given the price we paid. We expected a 5-star establishment. But there was no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was completely useless. The customer service was very poor, and the bathrooms were in disrepair. In short, the list of flaws at this hotel is endless. In our opinion it is a 1-star hotel, they shouldn't charge more than $50.00 dollars a night certainly not $250.00 It a rip-off. I do not recommend it to anyone. It should not be promoted on this platform I demand that I be refunded at least 50% of what I paid."

"Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel."

"This is an excellent aparthotel situated in a prime location, close to everything interesting. The staff is helpful and attentive. Our room was well-appointed, tidy, and in good condition. The major downside is the soundproofing; the noise is literally unbearable 24/7."
