"Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred a upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful. "
"Perfection! Very attractive, well designed, and functional studio apartment. The large windows with balconies gave a great view of the neighborhood, and let in extra light. Walk to all the museums and wonderful restaurants."
"Hotel and staff were very good. The only complaint I have is my room was first floor and it was noisy from breakfast area, so morning sleep was a challenge."

"I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed.
Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX."
"Checking into this hotel was a breeze. Any questions that I had, were answered promptly. They were able to provide a space heater for us at a moments notice and we were eternally grateful after coming in from an afternoon drenched in the cold rain. Christopher and all other personnel at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. "
