"Hotel was beautiful and immaculate. Food was delicious and flowing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Even the guests were cool. Super convenient location and walkable to so many sights. Great free morning tour of the city. Perfect first stop to acclimate to Mexico City. Will return."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, which made getting around very convenient and enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with anything we needed. However, the rooms were very small, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially for longer visits. The breakfast was also disappointing — there weren’t many good options, and I wish they offered more Mexican food to match the location and enhance the experience. Overall, a great spot because of its location and staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the room size and breakfast offerings."
