"Staff was responsive, housekeeping was very very attentive and polite. The room was clean and the location was perfect for a relaxed stay in Mexico city. All the things you need at walking distance and plenty of dining options for all types of budgets. It's true what they say about the AC though, the room was warm and it wasn't possible to regulate the temperature. The AC system is LOUD and dated, you can get used to how noisy it is, at least I did, but it'll be a problem if you're noise sensitive at night."

"Comfortable, upscale hotel. Great location. Next to a police station so you feel quite safe. Says its a heated pool but its barely warm and does not get direct sun. Staff are kind and accommodating. "

"They put me into a room on 15th, which is one floor above a super loud music. It was like sleeping in a concerts. Thankfully, they were able to switch my room about an hour later. I asked for a receipt during the check out, they told me no receipt, because everything has been pre-paid. When I got back, I have like almost $500 extra charges just for staying for two nights. I would stay away from a hotel that have hidden charges. "
