This is my 2nd stay at this property. The staff members make the experience of staying at this hotel a great one. from the front desk to the restaurant, to the staff who maintain the rooms to the security and especially the staff who make the omelettes in the morning. Each and evey one smiled were polite. The question is will i stay here again . Awnser A big yeah each and everytine i come back to dubai this will be the hotel i stay in. Overall excellent I would say. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and nice to talk to. Very clean, nothing too much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfast, nice little snack store too if you need anything extra. Pool was fantastic, very comfy loungers and seating by the pool bar was comfortable. Hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates and 2 metro stations which is very handy. There are always taxis outside which are very reasonably priced if you need to...

Lovely hotel in a great location a stones throw away from The Mall of the Emirates. The smell of the hotel was lovely, the air conditioning much needed and the roof top pool was delightful. The only downsides were that the towels could do with an upgrade and there was no English TV channels. The staff were all very pleasant and when they found out it was our wedding anniversary we had some lovely touches put in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Kind enough to let me check in at 8am within 20 minutes of arrival even though check in time was 3pm - this was very helpful after a long journey. Location is 7 minute walk from Mall of the Emirates with metro station within mall, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall in one direction and 15 minutes to Jumeirah Beach Residence in the opposite direction via metro then tram. Very clean hotel. Gym was a bit small with limited facilities.

Enjoyed our stay very much, plenty of food at breakfast pastires fruits and cooked food and staff are very freindly and helpful, we stayed during the expo so the hotel was very busy, arrived at hotel 3am to check in and the receptionist named Jeffersson was very nice and he upgraded us for free and gave us a spacious room. House keeping was very helpful anything we needed was provided, not many hotels now days provide you with slippers and toothbrush for free .... also plently of bottled water...

The hotel was fabulous in terms of everything really, it was centrally and conveniently located, next to a metro station as well as buses After finding a short cut it was less then a five minute walk to the Mall of Emirates where the food court was open till 1am with a variety of choices We did our excursions on the hop on hop off buses located in Mall of Emirates Staff where amazing, always on hand day and night to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible
