"Absoloutely the worst hotel you"

"Building is beautiful, but the age is showing despite the restorations. The exhibition about history was nice to walk through. However, the amenities were not the best. The parking is very expensive but the breakfast buffet was disapointing. About 85 dollars for 2 people and there is not even juice available. I have stayed in many hotels where it has been included in the room price and it has included way more options, omelette stations etc. This was pretty minimal compared to the price and not worth it."

"Great apartment in a location I always love. Love the balconies. I understand why they charge for the amenities, but we can’t use all the amenities at different times of the year. No one was swimming in the beautiful pool because it was chilly outside. They should consider giving tiered pricing for amenities. Other than that, I love this property. I’m from NYC, and this is a nice combination of LA and NYC."

"This hotel is an excellent option for those with a taste for nicer and upscale experiences without feeling too stuffy. A lot of DTLA are hype, trendy, micro-hotel, budget friendly type. Nothing wrong with that. But, if seeking quiet, clean, comfortable, and an elegant stay with all the amenities a 5-Star hotel offers, then the Conrad DTLA is the one. Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner both at the award winning restaurant. The customer service was also excellent. Amazing stay. "

"Nothing like a shower curtain sticking to you throughout your shower because they focused on generating social media buzz by having a see-through shower in the middle of your room, rather than the practicality of showering to get clean."

"Very medium. I’d expect a Marriott to be held to a much higher standard. I understand it’s an old hotel, but the rooms were seriously not up to the standards. If you like this type of hotel maybe you’ll enjoy. I’d definitely pass this one. I felt like I was in a hotel in Cuba. Flickering lights, odd spacing, weird duvet. A window that I couldn’t open. One of the handles fell off the window. Pretty rickety old place. Was this stain in the shower floor. Was a mirror across from the toilet. It’s like the someone hired a discount designer. Definitely not worth the money."

"Where do I even start? If you’re expecting the Doubletree Hilton standard forget it! This is not a 4 star hotel at best it’s 2. To check in early is 75$ no problem however the dirty room that was given not ok. The rooms are so run down . The bathroom are peeling and nasty. No room service and all excuses are “because of Covid”. If you’re black EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE looks at you like how dare you have standards. Then the people next to us had loud aggressive s e x everyday at 5am "
