"It was a lovely hotel. I came with a partner and my baby girl. An employee kindly offered to push our pram against our wishes. Unfortunately he broke a wheel on the pram. When we came to the room in the other building from the main one, our room had chipped paint on the walls and using the shower would often flood the bathroom. "Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "

Excellent hotel if you can get a good rate
"Last minute flight delays required me to find a hotel for the night and this was surprisingly the best value option either in or near Terminal 5. Pretty sure the regular rate was much higher so guessing the £150 I paid was due to extra vacancies available. Recommend if you can get it cheap and/or you want a hotel right on T5 as it was very convenient for my trip early the next day."
