"Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained."

"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"Very nice hotel right on the piazza. Service was excellent. Beautiful breakfast with great coffee. (I thought the bed was a little firm but others in my party said I was crazy) Parking tip: the hotel is across from a taxi stand, bus stop and private car drop/pick up. Pretty busy little circle next to the water. Call hotel about 10 mins prior to arrival and wait in this area and they send someone out to valet the car. Car return when we left was easy. Brought it right back to same spot. ...

"The hotel room had amazing amenities; coffee, daily water, smart tv, automatic blinds, AC/heat, safe, mini fridge. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet that's included with every room; variety of options and also delicious. Staff also serve you drinks during breakfast. They also keep their lounge open all day for drinks and relaxation. Their concierge Imma went above and beyond to help us during our stay. "We appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff & the cleanliness of the hotel. We ate in the hotel a couple of times and the food was good & very reasonably priced (also 20% off for hotel guests) We would have liked a safe in the room but otherwise we were very happy with our stay."

"Hotel Nice provides great value for the money. It's bright, clean, and in a great area. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable--it's not a heavy breakfast, just pastries, coffee and juice, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff is terrific! They speak English and know the area. The location was perfect for us too--it's only a block away from the railroad/bus station. This made day trips to Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi very easy. We definitely would stay there again if in Sorrento."
