"Staff was vert kind and helpful made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable bed. Our room was very large, and exceptionally clean, we even had a bicycle and a set of weights for exercising right inside our room!. We arrived at midnight from Positano, and our check in and check out was hassle free. We had to catch an early flight the next morning. The front desk staff was very professional and they reserved a reliable taxi which came right on time at 7:30 am to pick us up to go to the airport. The bellman came to help us with the luggage. Hotel highlights: Very clean, quiet, well organized, great city views from the terrace, appliances were working well, and enjoyed a cup of hot instant coffee. Shower was in excellent condition, bathroom very clean, air conditioner worked impeccably. Outside the hotel the area is a bit sketchy, but inside the hotel I felt very safe plus the location is very convenient for reaching the airport by taxi, it cost 22 euros from hotel to airport, and is only about 10 minutes away!. I recommend this hotel very highly, we would definitely comeback !"

"Fabulous staff, and a massive baronial room with the biggest shower I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of options and good coffee The pool and bar were a welcome surprise. It’s an old building and so don’t expect it to be anything but that. The area is not central to Naples but there are nice restaurants and cafes and is great for visiting Herculaneum. Didn’t use the parking but there was ample secure space and 20 min walk to the train station. "

"This was a good, 4-star yet affordable resort-style hotel. The rooms were fine, minor plumbing problems were promptly fixed. Our only issues were the pool hours (closed for siesta in the afternoon, and early in the evening) and the hotel restaurant was kind of expensive, so we mostly walked to a good local restaurant that was more reasonably priced. The included buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent, I must say, and the staff were very helpful and attentive, even bringing an urn of fresh coffee & fixings to our table once they realized we drank a lot of coffee in the morning. "

"Area surrounding the resort is such a contrast to the luxurious feeling within the resort. The area around the resort is rather run down. The resort could benefit from offering transport into the main piazza which had beautiful buildings and many good restaurants."
