"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"Very disappointing stay. The room had a strong unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible rot and clear signs of a lack of maintenance. The shower did not work properly and leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor, leaving water everywhere after each use. This was both inconvenient and a safety hazard. The breakfast was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The selection was extremely poor, the quality was disappointing, and it did not meet even basic expectations for a hotel stay. The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. For the price paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room with decent facilities, but unfortunately the condition of the room, bathroom, and breakfast fell far below expectations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made."
