"From the outside the property is impressive, but does sit in a very run down area with no good views in any direction. The docks are directly infront of the hotel but again these are the commercial goods docks not passenger terminals. Inside the hotel is fine but a little tired in places. The room was a little disappointing given it was a junior suite although not much bigger than a reasonably sized room in any other hotel. Balcony patio was sizable and would clearly be more useful in summer...

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people....

"Excellent stay! The front desk people were so so nice and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was amazing and the bathroom was BIG which is rare to find. Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!"

"This really looks like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. Parking super easy with valet, and helpful front desk. The room was so nice and big with a lovely balcony. 1 thing I found not good was that I asked for ice and they didnt have any. Told me to go to the bar and it was closed. This is a simple thing to have. There is also a restaurant there and its very expensive. Not that many amenities included. But in a very bustling area, it’s a nice and comfortable stay."
