"Great hotel but the main reason we booked was for the pool and it is only open in ‘summertime’. It was 24 degrees when we were there and it wasn’t clear when booking that it wouldn’t be open. "

"We spent one night here to catch an early flight . We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but this hotel had large bus groups and the restateabt was a disaster . Food was less than mediocre and dinner service was really slow . Breakfast was large buffet but carrots were ice cold and tasteless . Eggs awful . share to find a place to sit . Wouldn't stay here again ,"

"Everything about the hotel and staff in my room was great, but I would’ve liked to have had access to a fresh bottle of water every morning included in the price, but it wasn’t. I could buy glass bottles of water from the mini fridge, but I don’t wanna take a glass bottle of water out with me for the day. The breakfast was good. Everything else was good."

"So we stayed here a week ago for 4 days for our first visit to Napoli and really loved Napoli Tree. It’s really weird how you get into the place but once you do it’s fantastic. The morning buffet beats anything g in the world. Salvatore is wonderful and his mother home backs all the various elder and savory morning pastries. We couldn’t wait for breakfast every morning. The staff is super helpful in helping g first timers and Salvatore gave us the best advice for where to go. Don’t be put off about the elevatorr. It’s all part of the charm. Super close to walk to great restaurants. We would stay there a again "
