"The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants. If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes. "AVOID!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION! Despite messaging them multiple times weeks in advance, and checking in online with ID there was no one there when we arrived. We and Expedia tried to contact them for over an hour to no avail. We had been traveling 24 hours internationally and were forced to find another hotel with no notice. The accommodatation clearly isn't staffed so the listing is very misleading. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. "

"Very nice clean rooms but small. Water in the fridge cost more than expected, front desk staff barely spoke English and had a hard time getting an itemized receipt (for work). Too noisy outside to keep windows open, constant honking cars all night, not the hotel’s fault, just the city. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and heavy police presence at all times to make you feel safe. There is a small gym but it’s a confusing building to navigate."
