"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. "Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best...

We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. "Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool."

The downside is the poor Internet connection, twin bedds (we preffer double ones) and the lack of a stove in the room for the self catering. Also there is air conditioning but no heating. "The check-in and check-out had very clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay. Word of warning, do take a video of the room when you check in to avoid being harassed by the management about missing items. I was repeatedly asked about missing crystal glasses and to pay for them. Said glasses weren't even in the room throughout my stay and I know this because I was also searching for any cups or drinkware so that I can make some cold coffee. Maybe just a bad day...
