"This property was so nice to stay in for our short stint in Galway! We loved how close and convenient everything was and it was a stunning location. The only thing that we had issues with was how we could hear everyone and everything happening in the hall outside our room. At one point we could smell food that someone was eating. "Very clean, modern rooms, cleaned daily, bar is beautiful, the breakfast served wwas outstanding. The hotel is in a key location: across the st is the pick up for the tour bus going to Connamara, Kylemore Abbey amd Cong and also we walked 6min yo Galway docks to take ferry to Aran Islands. Hotel is 3min walk to Galeway train station and minutes walk to Latin quarter. Perfect location. Elevator broke the last day. That was the only issue. "

Only downside was the noise from other guests as the door did not fully seal with the frame therefore was not noise proof and the doors slammed closed, the noise from the slamming doors and other guests walking down the corridor to their rooms and then the slamming of the doors kept waking/me awake. "Fabulous hotel and location, perfect for exploring and walking the city, close to pubs and restaurants and the dock. Self check-in so there was no interaction with staff. Only issue for me was the really large pillows which proved difficult for sleeping. I would definitely recommend!"

We parked gave staff ticket as told and she did something í thought but we paid full parking fees. No discounts. Then at 6:20am fire alarm went off Everyone out of building, when allowed back in as it was false alarm sirens kept going off for another hour. Nothing acknowledged by staff of this st check out. Other than that rooms clean, central location to downtown activities. "
