"We had a great time. However, we accidentally left a laundry bag with clothes in our room when we left. We have called Lost and Found a number of times since leaving, left messages, but no one has called backs in almost 3 weeks. "

"Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. "Dorothy the woman who checked me in was really accommodating and so polite and soooo nice "

"Hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the AI concierge, Ava. We used it to recommend some activities and it was very helpful! We needed extra towels and got some very quickly. There was a large soaking tub in our room which was nice! The only downside to our stay is we were directly under the service elevator and it would move very early in the morning and was very loud. I am not sure how to ensure your room is not under the service elevator, but wish I did."

"Stayed 2 nights for meetings. Mobile check in still took a while. Special Room requests were not honored because booking was 3rd party. Also changes are not possible because of mobile check in."
