Fun activities were listed, would be good for young kids and teens. Bonfire at sunset w an Indian chant and drum. "

"This is our 2nd stay in one of the wagons at Buffalo Valley Ranch. Our kids loved our stay so much last time that it was their only request for our most recent trip. It is a unique experience for sure. The bathrooms are what you would expect being on a horse ranch. The lodge bathrooms are open 24hours, so I would recommend using those. "We loved this ranch. The breakfast was great. The room and beds are very comfortable. But it is a real ranch with horses and cattle in semi-desert location, so it is rustic, and it gets dusty. We liked the rustic, historic design of the buildings, but dust was a problem for me due to my allergies to dust and mold. Besides this one problem of my own, this ranch was wonderful, horses are well taken care for, and they offer variety of horseback rides. I definitely recommend this ranch!"

"Stayed in the wagon and it was so cute and the bed was more comfy than a hotel bed. Slept so well. Staff was phenomenal. Extremely friendly. Provided firewood and offered to upgrade us. Will def come again!"

"I love the set up with a bar and ranch. What i did not like was i want told that the bar was closed over a month before my stay and that the restaurant had a limited menu. It was overall an amazing place but when booking i would've liked to know what I'm actually getting. If i knew everything was closed and limited i would've just stayed in town. "

"This is a really special place, primarily due to the staff (who likely include the owners). They were very welcoming and accommodating. The cabins are quaint and get the job done, in a somewhat rustic way. We enjoyed their communal dinner twice and it was fantastic, and breakfast was great, too. I would definitely stay there again!"

"What a beautiful location! We loved the cute little rooms all themed and named after grand children of the Beaumont family. My son loved fishing in the little lake and the kids enjoyed playing on the playscape nearby as well. We were very comfortable there and the service was great."
