"Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. "

"Everrything was so clean, it was quiet. We walked easily to downtown historic Ballard. It was so easy to get Uber when we wanted to go further out from Ballard. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!!"

"Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want...

"Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "
