However, lately they have been racking on surprise fees that are not disclosed when you book online. There is now a $10 parking fee per night plus a mysterious $12 "property fee." The desk clerk at the time of check-in could not explain what that fee was for. He speculated that it has something to do...

"When we pulled in we were given a room on the ground floor that we were able to park right in front of. After unloading the car and getting settled noticed that the bathroom had a leak. Spoke to the front desk and were told that we could get a new room either right then or in the morning. Decided to wait for morning. Went into the office in the morning and were given one 3 doors down from the first room. It was nice and clean they even gave a little bit of a discount for the inconvience. "
