"This was a last minute, save the anniversary getaway from complete disappointment, back up. Our resort cabin plans had fallen through when we arrived at the resort so we had to find something close and fast. This establishment looked good and it was good. "Checked in late into the night and I’m happy I was able to book a room last minute. The staff at the front desk, Brenda was so nice and attentive to us. She worked over night so I’m happy to still see her in the morning when I asked for help where to do my laundry. She give me changes and showed me where the laundry machines was at. She made coffee too. The room was spacious and I love that we have a mini fridge and microwave. Most hotels doesn’t have both. Although it was just a one night stay...

"I don't usually do reviews just because I don't want to take the time however for this hotel I will make an exception. I got the shuttle from the airport and the driver Derek was very engaging. The grounds of the hotel was clean and inviting. I was greeted at the front desk by Sarah. I was impressed because there was more than one person checking in and she gave each one her undivided attention ans. any and all questions. Just when I thought customer service was dead I get to meet Sarah. Thank you. Being on the 2nd floor I had to take the elevator. Spotless. No smells. My room was clean and inviting. The bed was VERY comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Checking out Shannon was awesome making check out smooth and effortless. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I'm in Minnesota. Last but not least Mall of America is just across the road."
