Parking was easy & the entire place looked like it had been recently remodeled. My husband spoke with the owner & it was built 8 years ago & is in great condition!! Beds were comfy & bathroom was clean & huge!!

I typically will not stay at a motel 6 because of quality but the reviews were good and it was only one night and I have to admit I was impressed. Definitely good quality for the price and great staff. I would highly recommend as a reasonable place to stay in Mankato you can tell they take pride in their business!!
