You know that place in your dreams—the peaceful desert oasis full of birds singing in the sunshine, endless trails through the park, awesome food served in an authentic western dining room? Indoor and outdoor pools and spas, spacious rooms with great beds and pillows? That doesn’t even begin to describe Tanque Verde Ranch.

My family loved Tanque Verde ranch! There were so many activities and my younger girls (aged 10) loved the kids program. My 12 year old son found it to be a little too “kiddie” for his taste, felt like it was geared towards young elementary aged kids. The food was great, our room was great, staff were nice, horses were amazing! Wish the food prices and menu hadn’t been changed for spring break, made our meal charges way higher for the week. My family did enjoy mountain biking but it seemed that inexperienced kids would sign up for the intermediate biking and then bring everyone down to a beginner speed or level, so that was a bummer for our experienced riders. We loved the Saloon, and honestly any chance we could get to be in the stables for rides. Cowboy cookout and line dancing was so fun! Already rebooked!

We had an amazing time. The staff are all wonderful. The activities were really fun. The room was maintained daily by excellent housekeeping. The cowboy barbecue was super fun. I wish they had move options for dinner but the food was good.

We had the most amazing time. The staff are all so friendly, the wranglers are amazing. Big shout out to Mike, Bill and Kat. A very special place to visit. Loved Team Penning, the Cowboy Cookout, Breakfast Ride and Sunset Ride in particular. This was my 3rd holiday here, and I'd definitely go back a 4th time. My favourite place to go.
