"This “resort” is run down. The staff does the best with what they are given. They try. There were days with no power, no water and some restaurants weren’t open. Small gnats come up out of the sink every night/morning. House keeping didn’t come every day. Booking excursions were a good escape (sadly) I did hear that the resort will be closing soon. It should and make room for the new, bigger and better place. The place is falling apart. "

"Very nice and fancy hotel! Staff was very nice and always willing to help with anything! They even remembered what drinks you like too! Food was good definitely the buffet I think had the best options. Multiple pools was definitely a nice touch sometimes you just wanted to chill somewhere more quiet! The music could have been a little more mainstream and hip hop, lttlel less techno. Overall really nice place and close to the hotel zone which is like 7 minutes walking down the street."
