"They use cots instead beds. The mattress is horrible, not thick enough and soft so my back sunk while sleeping. Woke up with back pain. If you’re more than 100lbs and have back problems avoid this hotel. I brought this up to the hotel lobby and all she said was “I’m sorry”."
