"Staff were incredible and upgraded us to a corner suite after we had some issues with the first room. It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! "Location location location. Very convenient to take train to cities around. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I love the hot stone sauna here, and breakfast. Will stay when I visit Osaka again. "

Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka.
