It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! "Staff is very attentive and courteous. Room is well maintained and straightened/freshened each day. Upstairz bar/restaurant is a great accommodation to the hotel. Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka. This visit was my third time staying in the hotel. I highly recommend hotel for travelers staying in Osaka."
