The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

Room was clean and very comfortable I must let you know about somethings in my room needing attention. 1. Rack in the microwave sparks and I took it out for my stay. 2 The ice maker needed my attention to dispense ice. 3 The projector did not turn on. 4 The sink in bathroom drains very slow. 5 coffee maker does not keep coffee warm. That's why I used the microwave. I will stay at your property again, It was very nice. room 2916 I have owned and operated a few hotels. If the guest doesn't tell you things needing attention you will never know. Good day to you Your elevator system is exceptional. Doug Newenhouse
