The standard room was fine, the only thing was that the shower wasn't very clean. There was a lot of black build up in the shower head, which was off putting. However, for the price the rest of the room was fine. There also was only one working elevator so there was often a long wait for that.

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was run down and a bit shabby and stained, the room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, good view over Piccadilly gardens

The service staff from frontdesk were 5 stars and very helpful includong booking tickets and suggesting restaurants.

Great hotel, calm, spacious rooms and easily walkable to the centre.

Very clean staff was very polite and very helpful,cannot fault the team there,again very good rooms clean and spotless If I had one complain it would be that we had a noise above our room and we was on the 7th floor and so we really don’t know what the noise was but sometimes it would last for hrs other times about 1 hr But apart from that brillant and we shall use again Thanks

Staff were very polite and courteous. Room was clean and sufficient space. Daily housekeeping service was poor, room wasn’t cleaned and tea/coffee/water wasn’t replenished, towels were renewed that was all. Gym was lacking in equipment but was clean and quiet.
