"A gem of a place. Tucked away just outside Bowness this hotel is beautiful. Check in was very quick and efficient. We were early but our room was ready which was a real bonus. We had a family room which was spacious with all the amenities you would expect and don’t always get. We were at a family get together so didn’t dine at the restaurant in the evening.
