"The rooms were clean, I don’t think they change the bed sheets very often. Too noisy for us , to many young drunken people, we’ll be going to an adult resort next time, the only reason we went there was the price. The staff was good and helpful called the night before for a bell boy to get our luggage in the morning, and they were late, almost missing our shuttle. In our experience we would go somewhere else next time "

"Pool side extremely comfortable- waitstaff can be slow with service and often forget about order when asked a few times. We always tipped very well regardless. I am hoping this improves for future customers "

"This was my 1st time staying at the Solaris all exclive. The rooms where clean. Sis have our toilet get clogged, one of the light fixer socket fell off. Was at the pool & a light bulb inside the pool came off, felt unsafe after that. Bartender on the pool, was very rude and unprofessional. Felt that he was not happy to be there due to his response when asked him what he recommended he stair out said, for you to go to sleep!. What the heck. Some other things that I was not happy with."

"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Bar was well stocked. Food was mediocre at best. We ate at the specialty restaurants. Frida’s was overpriced and inflated tips. We found ourselves going to Sunset for their buffet as it was better."

"The mattress felt a but outdated. It was a but challenging locating the hotel as there was no lighting in the signage they had on the road. Staff was good and offered multiple activities for guest"

"Will 100% be back. This pool was one of the best we’ve ever been to. The staff was so attentive and friendly! The decor is so beautiful- only downside is the food at the restaurant was silly expensive (like $150 for 2 people for breakfast!) so I’d say there’s a good coffee shop across the street! But the amenities are amazing! Clean and big villa rooms (stayed in a 1BR villa room)."
