"Room was so tiny, my friend got stuck on a different floor and couldn’t get up to ours, I had to go to the front desk to be able to get her. Nice location, staff was ok."

"The front desk staff were very helpful and got us into a room asap. All of our interactions with the staff throughout the property were excellent and professional. The only issue was the connectivity with the television. There were pauses with the live feeds and the speed was slow. Otherwise a great stay in the middle of Westminster!!"

"Was a good hotel except for two separate interruptions in the morning by housekeeping wanting to clean the room. When checkout is 11am, please don’t keep harassing your guests. Breakfast was ok. Standard fair. Coffee not that great."

"We liked that we were very central - but yet there was a bit more peace about the location. The staff were helpful - and the view from the room was fabulous. My daughter enjoyed the gift bag she was given and that the hotel had a pool. Another bonus was that room service, had we ordered it was affordable and offered enough choice. Next time - we'll order in room service for sure. We hope to come back and make greater use of the spa facilities. "
