We had to head off without saying goodbye, but thank you so much for taking such good care of us! The room is perfect for a family of four and the bath is an brilliant experience - you get to relax surrounded by the stone walls which reminds you where you are. Great Indian restaurant and Chippy is a lovely wee town"

"The property was very clean but the bathrooms need updating. Nowhere to put your towels or clothes. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast service was excellent. Too much for 1 person doing waiting and cooking. Only little thing we booked a family room for 3 adults. Had to ask for everything for the 3rd adult, towels water glass etc. would definitely stay again "

"This was a very nice place to stay and we would go back and highly recommend Marlborough Arms to those traveling. It was within an easy walk to Blenheim Palace, lovely town, cute bookstore and good choices of restaurants! The B and B was quaint, historic, well preserved with lovely sitting areas including outdoors. Great breakfast buffet and made to order hot breakfast! If you haven't yet had a traditional English breakfast let this be your first, delicious."

Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room. The room was lovely - really well laid out, roomy, and clearly well-thought out; lots of little things that made the place really nice. Weak spot was the bathroom - doesn't have a proper door. "We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. We appreciated the little extras left at no extra expense and I found other peoples comments a little ungrateful. Kilsby is a very pretty village and...

I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "The hotel as a whole was very nice and modern! Staff were happy to help and the place was very clean. My only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very easily. We had to hold the button down for at least 30 seconds just for the toilet to start to flush - even then it was very slow and as someone with long nails it wasn’t the easiest of tasks!
