"Its a standard easyhotel, so we didn't expect too much. The staff are very helpful, even though there was a self check-in/out screen. The room that we got we quite cramped, compared with the easyhotel rooms in some other cities we visited. However, it was clean and the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was quite adequate. It tends to be used by visiting schoolkids, so the corridors can get noisy. The location in summertown is far and takes 30min walk to city centre (at least), but there are great food and grocery shops around the area."

"Staff very courteous and professional, Twin room was well appointed with two small double beds that were ever so comfy, bathrobes and slippers, lovely little tea and coffee corner, indulgent toiletries and to top it all an unexpected bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. We would love to go back and enjoy the rooftop bar and thermal suite next time. We were a group of 4 friends staying for one night."
