Overall not a pleasant experience, came into the shower to find hairs left in it. Was debating highlighting this to them but then noticed a more pressing issue - they had lost our luggage. Hotel itself appears like an American institution faked classic British as the finishes are cheap knockoffs of original. All highlighted by the condescending tone received by the person at the desk when I asked how to get to local transport links. I wish I just stayed at one of the colleges.

Great location. A walk to all the sights Oxford has on offer. The best thing for us was that the air conditioning was wonderful and helped us get through the heat wave!
