Top University of Oxford Hotel Reviews

"Excellent stay in a beautiful part of Oxford. Staff particularly lovely and accommodating."
Malmaison Oxford
"We loved being in one of the original cell rooms, though ours looked in need of some TLC particularly the bathroom and the wardrobe/desk/chair. The bed was very comfy - would have been good to have a lighter duvet for the current climate. The bar area decor is a bit plain - though the member of staff was super helpful and friendly. The corridors/landing areas are obviously very narrow and when the team are cleaning the equipment clutter them. Would be great if they could find a solution to improve the first impression."
Courtyard by Marriott Oxford City Centre
"The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating."
Vanbrugh House Hotel
"We had such a wonderful visit. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Lovely details and room amenities made us feel very spoiled. Beautifully renovated historic property. The location is right in the middle of Oxford and walking distance to everything. Fernando the manager was so great and made sure out stay was memorable. Highly recommend!"
Cotswold Lodge Hotel
"Great location only a short walk into the centre of Oxford. Helpful to have free parking onsite. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend."
voco Oxford Spires by IHG
"Regular annual visitors to this hotel so knew what to expect. Room was large and clean. Staff we came across were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room was very well stocked there was a really wide choice from the buffet. River walk of about 15 mins into the city. Very quiet at night on this occasion. Onsite car parking is £25 per day. Check in agent did not ask for payment and when i asked i was told it was included which surprised me as it never used to be. I went back later and challenged them on this again and surprise another check showed it wasn't so an apology was given and £50 was taken. Failure to pay would mean a £100 fine later on so beware of this. Couldn't get a stable picture on any tv channel which was a little frustrating but then we weren't there to watch tv."

The Buttery Hotel
"If you are ok with lots of steep stairs and tight corridors, I definitely recommend this. Staff was helpful and the hotel has a reasonable nightly rate considering how central it is. The hotel does not offer any breakfast options but they give you some discount coupons for cafes nextdoor. The room was nice, very clean bathroom with showergel/shampoo/condition/lotion. There is a kettle and some tea bags. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me personally, and the pillow cases smelt a little bit damp. If I was staying more than one night I would've just asked them to change it."
Tower House
"Great location. Very hot weather during our visit and it was difficult to cool our small room."
