Perfect in every way

The staff were extremely welcoming and were very approachable. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was always clean whenever they had been in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I had the king size bed which was extremely comfortable! One of the best hotel beds I have ever stayed in and would go back for that alone! The Dyson hairdryer wasn't included in my room which I was gutted about, but I guess you can't have everything! I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Very nice, super clean, very new. Comfy bed, nice bathroom gestures and lovely complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the shared space. I missed having no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. There were no cups/glasses either to be able to drink water. It would be fab to add those things to the rooms with creamers so that you don't need to get dressed to go get a coffee. A full length mirror would also be a great addition. Overall great as very comfy & quiet to relax in!

Loved this hotel! A friendly welcome on arrival, spacious room, great location and easy travel to most Vancouver locations including the airport. A good bar and restaurant too. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

I would stay there again. Just a 5-minute walk from the SkyTrain stop from the airport. Great bed and good shower plus quiet room. Convenient location. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasty.
