"Lovely staff"

"Extremely loud construction going on. It was supposed to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Except they would start at 8am, and it persisted even on Saturday. I called to let the staff know, they said they’d call me back in 15 minutes with a solution - 1.5 hours later, due to not hearing back, I had to contact them again. "

"The hot spring was amazing. The staff was great. However out room was very worn down. The bathroom needed a good clean, i even found belongings to a previous guest. And there was someones dirty sheet outside of our room for our entire stay. Hopefully they can do some updates because the staff and pools were great and we would like to go there again."

"Hotel was absolutely amazing, could not fault anything about it. Staff in restaurant and at reception were amazing, always up for a conversation and made you feel welcome. Was like a safe haven after a long day of sightseeing. Would absolutely 1000% recommend staying here!"
