"In-unit hot tub was really good and we really enjoyed that. Room was clean with all necessary equipments above and beyond our needs. I wish the parking was also included or we could get waiver or discount for it. In general it was a good experience."

"Overall this property was good for the price so fair value. Unit 326 was small but quiet. Would recommend different unit with a functional balcony facing the courtyard. Pool and outdoor courtyard grass area was lovely. Lots of pool towels always on hand. Outdoor chaise lounge chair cushions were disgustingly dirty and need to be tossed. Access codes were silly long but Underground parking was great as was central location."

"Lots of amenities and great place for all ages! Parking can be tricky. Found the spots very tight and not so easy to get in/out which is why many people take up 2 spots. Staff is fantastic and very helpful! I would stay here again but would reconsider parking options if I have to park a large vehicle."

"I had to check out a day early and I asked if I would have to pay. The person at the front desk said that wasn't a problem and no I wouldn't be charged for the extra day. When I realized I prepaid for the room, I phoned the hotel and they said they would not give me a refund me and would only give me a credit for some future stay. It's unlikely I will be going back to Whistler anytime in the next year or so. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel staff saying I would not be charged and then in fact I was charged. I have learned never to prepay for a hotel room again."
