"Property looking very tired in all areas. We did not find out until we checked that the pool and hot tubs were out of commission. They are an important amenity for skiers with tired legs. The folks from Premium could not have care less. Front desk said to contact Premier. No apology. or offer of compensation. "

"Highly recommend! Our one bedroom suite overlooking the pool was excellent. Very comfortable bed and the “easiest to figure out shower” ever. We were vacationing with family (daughter, son-in-law, and 3 young grandsons) who stayed in a nearby suite. We cooked family dinners every night. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped (above average quality knives and cookware). No roasting pan (we brought our own) but good sized sheet pans. Staff members were efficient and helpful. The only possible reason I can imagine that this property is listed as a 3 star is the lack of dining options. Excellent value for $."

"We had an exceptional stay at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, defined by incredible attention to detail. From arrival to departure, the service was seamless. Fynn made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Jonnie ensured a polished check-out. The valet team consistently went above and beyond. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully our toddler was included. We arrived to a robe, slippers, and a baby toiletry set in his size. At every meal, staff provided toddler cutlery, bibs, and dishes without us needing to ask. It made dining easy and enjoyable, which is rare when traveling with a young child. The daily experiences like maple taffy and wine tasting added a special touch to our stay. Every meal was excellent, and service was consistently attentive. Ollie at the pool was fantastic and exemplified the care shown by the entire team. One moment that really stood out was when our son dropped his toy over the balcony and the engineering team retrieved it within the hour. Small details made a big impact, including a custom cookie with his name and a “safe travels” treat at departure. The spa was also outstanding, with a relaxing and personalized treatment. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and well executed. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely be back."
