"Wonderful place to stay."

"I have stayed here many times. Had trouble getting housekeeping even once in the 6 days i was there, had to forage for clean towels. The reception staff is great, but dark garage st night (no motion lights!) and peeling furniture often has me frequently staying other places though i love this location. "

"In truth I never saw the room. I never checked in. I have a disabilitt that prevents me feom climbing stairs. There is no elevator and when I realized it i told the woman at the front desk I could not check in. We both looked and did not see that there was no elevator clearly explained. She sais my stay woukd be refunded. They charged me one night without me checking in or handing over my card even. Unacceptable!"

"The world class hotel I stay there always when I’m in Beverly Hills. They know you by your first name and he always get the best room. You can can’t beat it."

"The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I did not know ahead of time the building was under construction and there was no pool area as was shown in the photos so that was a pretty big disappointment"

"Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Hotel room was clean but in need of some updating. TV did not work in one room. Random crazy person banging on the door next to my parents room at 3am which was too bad because my mom didn’t sleep well after that. Breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The staff definitely went above and beyond. "

"Superb staff. Basic room was nice, with a separate sitting area incl microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, silverware. Spacious and relaxing pool area. Vibrant but discrete med spa. Charming, well-staffed bar and restaurant with great hours, espresso drinks. Though located on a busy street the property is adjacent to a nice residential neighborhood so, once inside, it's quiet and peaceful. Overall, it felt relaxing, elegant, and safe, in a non-pretentious way. I actually cannot wait to go back. If you choose to dine off-site, be prepared to drive (or use doordash). The only downside of this stay (for me) was the 24 hour lighting outside our unit's bedroom that showed through the blackout curtains. A better drape/curtain/shade system to block out light in affected bedrooms would be great. "
